Payment & Cancellation Policy
All reservations need to be guaranteed with valid credit card details. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay 48 hours prior to your arrival day. Failure to supply details can result in the cancellation of the booking without notification.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s accommodation charge. Please note during special event periods additional cancellation fee’s may be enforced. Please speak with the reservations staff to clarify the conditions of your booking.
Reception Hours and Arrival & Departure
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday – Friday 7:30am – 7:00pm / Saturday 8:00am – 8:00pm / Sunday & Public Holidays 8:00am – 6:00pm.
For arrivals after 7:00pm please contact reception prior to your arrival to arrange after hours key collection. Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out time is before 10:00am.
We offer a continental breakfast service daily which is offered between the hours of 7:30am to 9:30am Monday – Friday and 8:00am-10:00am on weekends & public holidays.
The property does not have the ability to provide additional bedding or cots for any of our guest’s rooms. Please ensure that you have booked the correct room type for your needs. Should you need to amend your room type due to the number of guests in the room, please contact the reservations team prior to your arrival.
For the comfort and consideration for all our guests we operate a “No Pets” and “No Party Policy”, to ensure our guests have a pleasant and uninterrupted stay. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion, we also reserve the right to have guests removed from the premises without refund.
Visitors are not permitted to the property after 9:00pm. The property is a licenced venue, and alcohol brought onto the property is not permitted. There is a fully stocked mini bar in each room for guests consumption or liquor can be purchased through reception.
Brunswick Heads Motel is a non-smoking venue, smoking is not permitted within 4 metres of the building or entrances, heavy fines apply in accordance to the NSW Smoke-Free Environment Act.
We reserve the right to charge up to a $500 fee for excess cleaning. This includes additional cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and non-selling of the room due to excess cleaning.

Security of your personal information
Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfil our obligations to you.
We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.
In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988)
